Good annual check-in. Daniel is energized about the new Wednesday discipleship track but stretched thin on pastoral care since Sara went to half-time. Worship attendance has stabilized after three hard years — he credits the contemporary service. Flagged the apportionment shortfall himself; finance team is working a recovery plan. Watch: he's carrying a lot alone. Possible mentor match with Okonkwo at St. Andrew's.
